Lesley Beth Curtis, along with the other partners in the firm, regularly present in various in person locations and on Zoom on Rights and Risks for Teachers.   

Lesley Beth Curtis also regularly presents on the Brown Act in an effort to demystify the Brown Act and to try to improve open communication between public boards and members of the public.  She last presented on the Brown Act in Redding and Sacramento in the winter of 2024/2025..

Ms. Curtis was please to be part of a panel presentation on training attorneys how to represent their clients in Administrative Law Hearings.  Ms. Curtis has also presented with Pincus Professionals on panels on how to litigate Petitions for Writs of Administrative Mandamus as well as on how to file and litigated Petitions for Writs of Mandate.
