Eric Jacob Lindstrom, Associate

Practice: Eric Jacob Lindstrom is a California Teachers Association Group Legal Services Attorney and practices labor and employment law on behalf of unions and employees.

Education: Mr. Lindstrom received his undergraduate degree in Political Science, with distinction, from Iowa State University in 2007.

Mr. Lindstrom is a 2010 graduate, cum laude, of the University of California, Hastings College of Law, where he was Executive Articles Editor for the Hastings Women’s Law Journal. He authored “All Carrots and No Sticks: Moving Beyond the Misapplication of Burlington Industries, Inc. v Ellerth,” 21 HASTINGS WOMEN’S L.J. 111 (2010). During law school, Mr. Lindstrom served as a summer 2008 extern for the Honorable Chief Judge Vaughn Walker of the United States District Court, Northern District of California, and was a law clerk for the Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, in the fall of 2009.

Mr. Lindstrom is admitted to practice law in the state of California, the United Stated District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Legal Memberships: Mr. Lindstrom is a member of the Employment Law Section of the State Bar of California, the Barristers Club of the Sacramento County Bar Association, and the Women Lawyers of Sacramento.

Community Service and Activities: Mr. Lindstrom provides pro bono legal assistance through the Employment Law Clinic of the Voluntary Legal Services Program of Northern California and serves on the Sacramento County Cemetery Advisory Commission.
